Direct answers about launching in KSA.

Do I have to commit to all four phases?

No. Phases are modular. Most founders begin with Phase 01 (Pre-Landing) to validate the decision, then progress to Phase 02 once committed. We engage on the result, not the package.

How long does the full Launch program take?

Phase 01 runs 4–8 weeks. Phase 02 (Landing) typically 8–14 weeks depending on industry licensing. Phase 03 and 04 run alongside operations. Full Launch from validation to KSA capital secured is typically 6–12 months.

Do you handle the MISA license directly?

Yes. Through our on-ground partner Eyad in Riyadh, we manage MISA application, CR registration, ZATCA & GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, and PRO/GRO services end-to-end. Founders work with one accountable team.

What stage of company is this for?

Growth-stage companies with proven product-market fit in their home market, typically post-Series A or strong revenue traction, looking to scale into KSA as a strategic expansion market. Vision 2030-aligned sectors prioritised.

Do you take equity in the KSA entity?

Optional. For select mandates aligned with Vision 2030 verticals, we structure a hybrid of fee plus equity warrants in the KSA entity. Most engagements are pure fee + back-end retainer on capital raised.

Which sectors do you focus on?

HealthTech, FinTech, Mobility, Tourism & Entertainment, Hardware/Manufacturing, Energy & Industrial, SaaS, and Real Estate / PropTech. Sectors with strong Vision 2030 alignment receive priority intake.
