Jamal built his career in institutional finance. PwC. M&A. Financial due diligence. Valuation discipline. Hundreds of founder engagements. North American investor standards. He saw how investors actually underwrite—and how most founders unintentionally fail that test.

Saad built and operated businesses across markets. He scaled ventures, entered Saudi Arabia, worked inside accelerator systems, and sat in rooms where capital was deployed, not pitched. He experienced firsthand how operators struggle to translate ambition into something capital can absorb.
