How do you charge?

Engagement fee plus a back-end retainer on capital raised. Structure varies by stage, raise size, and complexity, agreed in writing before we begin. We send a clear scope of work after the alignment call so there are no surprises.

Do you take equity?

Optional. For select mandates we structure a hybrid of fee plus equity warrants, particularly when we’re engaged early and going long with the founder. Most engagements are pure fee + back-end retainer.

What if my round doesn’t close?

We don’t take engagements we don’t believe will close. That’s why intake is selective. If a round stalls due to factors outside the operation (market shift, founder pivot), we work milestone-by-milestone with you to recalibrate, repackage, or pause. Our track record is built on saying no to the wrong fits.

How long is the engagement?

Typical close happens in 3–6 months from engagement start. Materials and targeting are ready in the first 30–45 days. Outreach, comms, and DD support runs through to wired close.

Can you work with my existing materials?

Yes. We audit what you have, keep what works, and rebuild what doesn’t. Founders often come with a deck, a model, and a list. Our job is to bring all three up to institutional standard, then run the operation around them.

What stage and raise size do you work with?

Seed onwards. Raise sizes typically range $1M–$100M. We’ve closed everything from seed rounds to $35M institutional rounds and $70M project equity raises.

Do you guarantee outcomes?

No firm in this category can, and any that says they do is misleading you. What we guarantee is the operation: institutional-grade materials, mapped investor universe, managed outreach, and DD support through close. What happens on the alignment call?
